What is ELC?

An Electoral Literacy Club (ELC) is a platform designed to actively engage college students through interactive activities and hands-on experiences. It aims to sensitize students about their electoral rights and familiarize them with the processes of voter registration and voting.

At ELC, learning is combined with fun. Well-designed activities and games motivate students to think critically, ask questions, and develop a deeper understanding of democracy. Through ELC, the Election Commission of India seeks to strengthen the culture of informed and active electoral participation among young and future voters.
